I am suffering from wet cough with mucus.Right side transil painfull and right side neck also low pain since one week. No fever .no breathing problem no body pains.pain killer is using. No sugar and BP.Age 66.salt water garling.

Tab. Pan 40mg once a day
Tab. Chymoral DS twice a day
Tab. Allegra 180mg once a day
Syrup. Grilinctus-BM 2 spoons 3 times a day
Continue this for 5 days.
