Hi Greetings
Schamberg's disease or purpura manifests as dark brown spots mostly on lower limbs. There may be mild itching but mostly it has no symptoms. It occurs due to blood cells leaking through small blood vessels of skin over loser legs. To reduce pressure on these vessels you can keep your legs elevated twice daily for 20-30mins. Sometimes it occurs due to allergy to dyes in socks or due to prolonged standing. Vitamin C tablets help in some cases. Apply a good moisturiser twice daily. Consult a qualified Dermatologist for further management if it symptomatic. Hope this helps.
