Treatment for pulmonary edema
Patient was diagnosed with pulmonary edema based upon on xray report. She did a dialysis with a bp below 130. After which she lost consciousness due to excessive chest pain, patient didn't have any breathing issues before the dialysis. Treatment given was bp support medication and oxygen support. No other treatment was started apart from dialysis since she had low bp and a day after admission her brain CT scan showed blockage. Is it right way the hospital is providing treatment, should they be trying something else?
