She must be well hydrated please take care. Enterogermina respule three times a day for 5 days a concentrated probiotic such as curd n buttermilk they r not concentrated.
Tab Oz two times a day after food for five days.
Yet not stop consult MD physician.
1)Hydration is the most important thing dear , then 2)she is diabetic so check the rbs periodically and conserve the sugar levels
3)Avoid spicy oily food
That is life style modifications because i dont have reports like stool and blood information so
I only can prescribe probiotics like lactobacillus tablets
Antibiotics like ofloxacin and ornidazole bd only after proscription
And loperamide (anti diarrheal) only if not resolving
Next Steps
Life style modification like avoid stress
Avoid bad food
Take proper hydration
Complete all the investigations
Health Tips
Use lactobacillus tab for better gut flora and tab zinc
Add ORS this is most important for maintaining the ionic balance .

The cause of this diarrhoea can be
1) infective
2) Drug effect (Metformin.Group)
3) Diabetic autonomic neuropathy interfering with normal G.I. motility
Next Steps
1)Maintain proper hydration- to drink 4-5 lt water+ ORS (powder to dissolve in 1 lt clear pottable drinking water- to consume over 24 hrs)
2) Prebiotic sachet /capsule- twice daily after meal
3) if not controlled, consult local practicing physician for consideration of antibiotics
4) Better to avoid wheat products until.get cured. Conaume rice products ( puffed rice/ Poha etc)
5) If Metformin is suspected to be the culprit, consult Endocrinologist for dose modification and /or alternative medication
Health Tips
1) Ensure adequate urine output in a day
2) check CBG at home
