Treatment for knee buckling

Asked for Female, 46 Years

I can't put my right heel while walking.My right knee buckles while putting pressure on right knee.I feel weakness in both my knees.I have disc buldge.I have meniscus tear in left leg.I am doing physiotherapy but no improvement is there.
