Treating small eye power
My eye power is around -0.25 sph in left eye and -0.5 sph in right eye along with 0.5 cyl in both eyes. I am presently wearing but can it be cured anyway?

I am sorry but there is no medicine or diet to get rid of glasses
Lasik is only option to get rid of glasses but it is possible only after age of 18yrs

No .at present you will have to use specs. You can get the lasik done after 4to5 years.
