Transparent substance. 2. 5. plz help!

Doctor I am not able to empty bladder completely everytime i think some urine rest and when i force it comes with drops after that urine leaks. From my pennis clear transparent discharge happened on pennis tip in a pea size. Feel uncomfortable in bladder. Discharge substance smell like potty/poo. When i go for stone in my feet burning sensation feeling. And i feel sometime burning sensation in my throat and feel like vomiting. Masterbate once a month. When i urinate my pennis eracted a little bit. My stool is not normal it has a strong bad smell and i have constipation. Virgin non smoker non alcoholic Rarely feel buring in palvic area. What to do i met with a urologist. My all test has been done Urine Urea Kub And blood test All are normal and in report residual urine showing in bladder. Doctor prescribed me tablet evion or tab cystran 2.5mg. Cystran is not available in my area so i am taking alternative oxyspas 2.5. Plzz help
