For internal bleeding and GERD .my dr. Did apc Prescribed medication - Tranexamic acid tablets 500mg (3times) Nexpeo-L (antacid) at evening Razo-D (antacid) at morning Now he said meet me after 7 days if bleeding persist we will do endoscopy again Doctor is busy since two days and im not able to meet him My tablets are finished and im without medication frm 2 days Im feeling burning in stomach and a bit dizzy and after i ate food i felt nauseaus Shall i buy  the same tablets till the doctor is free to meet me or i remain without medication till then ?? Plz answer
