I was in stress yesterday and chewing my shirt and now ulcer occur on toungue what can i do for urgent sokution

Avoid hot and spicy foods , you can try to apply oral ulcer gels which are available in most of the stores .
Very unlikely that chewing a shirt can cause trauma to the tongue..however please refrain form such habits.
Next Steps
visit or get a oral consultantaion with ent or dental if pain or ulcer persists
