My father is suffering one tounge issue last 2 weeks . I am sharing the picture. He is giving metrogyl dg forte gel. But not working. Can you please tell me is it serious issue. My father is fearing this issue pls help me

Does it bleed
It can be papilloma
You need proper examination and biopsy to rule out
