Toothache, wisdom tooth got decayed,
Wisdom tooth came horizontal and now it is impacting the adjacent teeth as well. The adjacent tooth also decayed.

Wisdom teeth if impacted then the best treatment of choice is to get it extracted.In your case it must be creating pressure on distal portion of second molar,which is the reason of decay in adjacent teeth.The adjacent teeth which is getting decayed must be restored by any filling if pulp is not exposed and if pulp is exposed then Root Canal Treatment followed by filling must be done.So the treatment of choice in your case must be-
1) Extraction of wisdom teeth
2) Restoration of second molar/ RCT followed by filling
Next Steps
patient should have his OPG X-ray done and plan to get his tooth removed.
