Pain in left upper tooth from 4 days. No medical taken currently. Not able to eat food..............

Take painkiller from local pharmacy,avoid chewing from that side,,do warm saline rinses 4-5 times daily,get an x-ray done and see dentist asap,there may be a cavity needing a root canal filling because usually if the tooth pains it means the cavity has become deep enough to touch the pulpal portion of the tooth.
