Sir, in your symptoms sensitivity of cold since last one week.
Causes of cold sensitivity:
1.root exposed due to plaque deposit and sometimes tooth mobility:
Treatment: scaling and root planning if required then sensitivity paste and if bleeding gums then medications atleast for 7 days
2. Caries:
Treatment: filling only no medications required
3. Traumatic or fractured crown:
Treatment: restored with filling or Capping sometimes rct indicated.
Sensodine or any sensitivity paste will be for symptomatic relief but not for cure.
