If the tooth pains only when we byte food and no swelling or pain at night.is the filling is necessary or root canal treatment. The tooth already have old fillings from 3- 4 years.

Hello..sometimes the fillings that are done are not levelled properly according to the height. There is a possibility of a high point on the filling. Please get that checked with a dentist. If that is not the case...taking an xray of the tooth will give a clearer idea as to what is to be done..
