hello sir actually this things need to be clinically evaluate,but generally in third molar if position is tilted is adviced for extraction only.

Hello, Mam,Sometimes over a period of time the marginal seal in the fillings can get disturbed leading to secondary caries under the old fillings.A Root canal treatment should solve the problem.Consult an Endodontist. Regards Dr Sumanmakam
