I have a tooth pain, iam suffering with seviour pain and iam a pregnent of two months can i go for root canal treatment for my tooth

During 1st 3month of pregnancy u can not go for invasive dental treatment as it's phase of organogenesis. U can take selective medicines for it only after consulting your gynaecologist. In 2nd trimester u can go for rct.
