Implants are now the way to go for your tooth replacement. Do not wait for a very long time after extraction as the amount of bone may decrease and make implant treatment difficult. A well placed implant will serve you for life. The alternate is to go for a bridge which requires your adjacent teeth to be sound.
Next Steps
Consult a good Implantologist and learn more about the treatment.
Health Tips
Do not wait for too long. The sooner the better.

Implant selection depends a lot on the amount of bone available.. Could have been easier to place the implant at the time of extraction itself.. the cost of implants vary from 20k - 60k depending on the type of implant. And most implants come with warranty. If not a implant always go for regular crown and bridge as a tooth replacement option.
Next Steps
consult an implant centre and you would get a proper evaluation with X-rays

Good afternoon sir Implant charges varies from place to place and doctor to doctor,  it depends on the type of material you want for crown replacement of missing tooth ceramic or zorconia And other than implant you have option of bridge, provided you have adjacent two teeth sound enough to support the missing tooth
