My tooth is decaying rapidly I am suffering from brain tb and is on a medication dose please help me out I am losing my teeth one by one

You have to keep ur oral hygeine proper. Brush twice a day with Toothpaste Thermoseal Repair.
Next Steps
Use Chlorhexidine mouthwash by diluting 1:1 with water twice a day.
Health Tips
There should not be food lodgement after u eat meals. So rinse ur mouth properly after having meals.
