I have been having tooth decay in 2 teeths...and it pains a lot at nights...so is there any permanent remedy for the same

hello, yes there is a remedy for your painful teeth. but first we have to see how far the caries have destroyed your teeth for that you have to get a digital xray done (RVG) and mail it to us
