Tooth decay
Having pus in front tooth, on and off. Draining pus by first washing hands thoroughly with soap and water, pressing the blister and draining the pus out. Giving warm salt water rinses and gargles on weekly basis. Is there anything else I should do madam. My son does not have any fever. He is 4 year old.

You are talking about your son who is 4 years old and he is having severe infection in front tooth which has developed pus. Meet pedodontist as early as possible. He / she will put him on antibiotics and appropriate treatment is advised.
