There is a black spot on one of my molar tooth . How to treat it ? What are the possible reasons and remedies to fix it .

It's called dental caries.. go to nearby dentist.. do xray after treatment can decide.. if superficial caries r there than simple filling of teeth is enough if deep caries r there than root canal treatment may be needed..
