I had an rct treatment in 2017 it starts painting in 2021 when I went to another  dentist she pulled off a Small piece of cotton from my tooth can it be saved or I should go with extraction

Their is very little bone present in between tooth according to attached photograph. Prognosis is not so good.

Hi... We need to know do you have mobility in those lower teeth or not although the x-rays show a lot of bone resorption so it must be mobile. You can consult a periodontist and they might advice you to go for a flap surgery along with bone grafts but the prognosis might/might not be good. Since you are just 26 the healing can be good but physical as well as radiological examination will help in getting to a good treatment plan.
