Hello doctor, my daughter she is 2.3 years old and her tooth is getting brittle day by day. I have attached her tooth picture here with this message. We are totally no idea what we need to do and get confused a lot since she is only 2 year old. Please advise us what step we need to do. Thank you doctor.

That's Rampant dental caries. Visit a pediatric dentist asap for more information and treatment. Do not delay as it will spread rapidly to every tooth in the mouth. This also needs a major counseling sessions to change diet and oral hygiene habits. Milk teeth are extremely important and pediatric dentists are trained to treat such young children.

brush twice daily
ask child to rinse mouth with water and spit, if child can't spit then you can wipe the teeth with moist cotton after food.

The breaking teeth can be result of many things hereditary condition, cavity , trauma, extreme flourosis,etc.
