Tooth bone loss
I met a doctor regard lump on my tooth gum.he took x-ray, thereby he said you have bone loss, this is causes of lump. now we do not regenerate the teeth so has to be do surgery. i do not have the x-ray report. I want confirmation is there regenerate the bone is possible. and can i avoid the surgery by the other treatment.

Alveolar bone can't regenerate to it's original position. Go for surgery if you can maintain proper oral hygiene before and after surgery.

Hi, must be Endo-Perio problem, x ray report must to diagnose , it's a minor procedure done under local anaesthesia, if required can place some bone grafts to strengthen, will definitely need a rct too for the involved tooth.
