Tooth is paining and can be moved by application of force. Its been two days and it has not fallen what should be the course of action.

Hi. If the tooth is painful and moving, it does not mean it needs to be removed or will fall out. There is a chance it could be saved with proper dental treatment. There are two likely reasons for your tooth problem. One is a dental abscess, in which case the abscess can be drained and the pain and tooth movement will lessen. The second reason may be advanced gum disease. For this, the earlier you get the treatment done the better. Other causes like a fractured tooth will require the tooth to be removed and there is little you can do abt it.
