Usually if we get cavities that causes pain n tooth,we can do root canal treatment and save that tooth but in case of wisdom tooth it's not always recommended as it's the last teeth and there won't be sufficient access to do.the procedure..so wisdom teeth u cn get it removed that's the best way.kindly meet ur doctr and get it done

Remove it. If u leave it in the way it is it may lead to infection which may increase in intensity

Normally wisdom tooth are not helpful for chewing purpose ..they are last teeth to erupt in the oral cavity ..due to this they dont have space to erupt and even if they erupt they are in abnormal position and difficult to clean ..so more prone for cavity ..if they are painful better option is to get remove ..
