Tooth ache
I'm having a tooth ache since yesterday morning. It was not paining much in the morning but it started paining badly in the evening. I tried Colgate pain out gel, salt and applied ice but it doesn't work.

It won't work dear,because according to ur symptoms the tooth cavity must have gone beyond the living part of tooth called pulp or nerve. So better get the intraoral x-ray done and get it RC treated by ur dentist.

Looking at ur description it looks like ur tooth might need root canal treatment,medication will give temporary symptomatic relief,so it's better to visit dentist asap
