Toooo much of dandruff
Amnsudfering from dandruff almost from 3years...nd i also have pimples on my breast and back may be becoz of dandruff

Dandruff can be treated with lotions and shampoo (not commercial ones). Some people do have more oily scalp which cause visible flakes which we cause dandruff. Do not apply oil on scalp as it will increase the problem.
On back You are suffering from what Dermatologist call tropical acne. It comes on the back and shoulder area as red boils which then subside after few days with pigmentation. The treatment is not very complicated. It can be treated with tablets, creams, and soap. Maintanence treatment may be required to cover for recurrence. Please dont apply oil on your head.
