Took i Pill 1 month after missed periods

I had unprotatecd sex on 3 august2018, i didnt cum in her, my be precum has enterd,she had an i pill after 48 hours,she has no side affect of ipill, her periods came early2 days19 of this month,she tested on 29 august and its negetive,she got fever 9september, she miss her period today and yesterday,plz help me is she preg? Plzz sir/madam.
