  4. Took 2 tablets instead of 1. Anything?

Took 2 tablets instead of 1
I have taken 2 glimisave m1 tablets where as my regulat dosage is 1 tablet only in the morning. Will it affect anything ? My sugar level as of last check was 146 please advise
