Too Tired After Workout
I weight train 3 times a week. My diet is clean. (Eggs, dal, rice, sprouts, No sugar etc). After workout, I feel great for 3 4 hours. After that I am fatigued for the whole day. Sometimes 2nd day too. I take multivitamins. Still no significant difference. Can I do any test to find out the reason ?

Hello, I understand your feeling And I totally understand your condition. But tibia very good that you are taking very good duet and still you are lacking fitness then it need a thought of solution. If you workout In gym Toronto much of time then all theorist motivate Bolingbrook be consumed by the workout itself then where is the energy saved for your rest of the day activities. Either increase intake if food or reverse you workout timing. You need to take 1600 kilo cal of energy to stay fit. Thank you
