Too much of failure
For the past 10 years right after my school days I have been struggling to smile chose a wrong career, didn't get admissions in a good college despite of an average rank, failed to maintain a relationship, failed in my career, got fired from more than 15 jobs reason being mentally inactive, couldn't maintain friends which makes me socially inactive. Tried exercise, gym, running, jogging, yoga and meditation still no luck. Feels like I am getting sucked deeper and deeper in a black hole day after day. Should I accept my life destined for failure and stop thinking about the future or should I try harder and keep failing and get discouraged in every second of my life. Do I need therapy? Do I need a psychiatrist?

Hello, from the symptoms it seems like you are suffering from depression. I would suggest you start with medicines prescribed by a psychiatrist and also start therapy with a Psychologist. Depression is a common and curable/ manageable disease. There is hope.
