I m 22 year boy my problem is that From 3-4 yrs ago i used to masturbate daily 2-3 times in a day till 1-2 yr. Then i start feeling weaknesses so i stop masturbation like constipations, headaches,all desires are lost,concentration problems, energy lost ,fatigue,anxiety,nightfalls, no erection , hairfall problems, Pain inEyes, Nerves pain, problem in walking.My all vitality is lost and face become like a old man.all my desires and my inner power is lost.So how i recover from this all things
