Hello sir u didn't mention abt ur digestion. do u hv severe acidity, constipation or it is due to pollution , stress, please improve ur digestive system. hello... cover your hairs while going out.. keep a check on water u use for bathing.. use minimal sparys on hairs..do not change the shampoo often..do not use excessively..eat protein rich food...you can use protein hair packs...start on biotin supplements... consult a dermatologist
