hello there.
he needs a calcium and VIT D3 supplement.
ask him to get injections of VIT D3 injections once a week for 3 weeks, one glass of milk everyday and one calcium supplement per day.
after that get a orthopedician and spine specialist opinion. because I hope you understand that it's important to examine a patient before giving any other advice.
