Palpitations means feeling of your own heart beating fast which normally can be felt during exercise ,after doing hard work /walking.Smoking also induces such symptoms intermittently. Palpitations can be present along with other symptoms. For example in case of anxiety, Hypertension etc. If palpitation present with other complaints like weight loss ,diarrhea, anxiety it can be due to hyperthyroidism.so treatment will change according to illness/disease. So first consult the physician. Shirodhara ,Hridbasti, will be helpful for you along with ayurvedic medicines.
