Tonsiltis, high fever, bodypain
I am facing sore throat tonsils past 3 days , I get chills at time due to high fever, I am taking combiflam which is a paracetamol which reduces my fever for some time, then again I feel fever with chillness, past 2 days I am also taking a single tablet of antibiotic azithral 500mg , but I am not getting well, body pains feels weakness and feverous.. kindy consult me for the same

You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery. Since you are already taking antibiotics you can continue with the same
