I had swollen tonsils problems (one side only) i had lots of pain.
I will take antibiotics with my local Doc reference.
It's well settle down after a week .
BUT
2-3 day I see my one side tonsil swollen but i dont have pain or problem.
It is Okay or i should see ENT.

You need to get both tonsils removed! What you had was an attack of Quincy! The peritonsillar abscess has now created a tract underneath the tonsil! Next time it recurs could be very dangerous! Pus could rapidly move through neck tissues to chest space into the mediastinum and could potentially kill you!
