Tonsils flaring up
I'm currently taking zocef 500 and hifanec d for acute pharyngytis. However tonsils are continuously flaring up. Kindly suggest what can I do. I'm also taking steam and gargling

Take tab.augmentin 625 mg..twice daily for 5 days If u had recurrent episodes, u need tonsillectomy.

Antibiotics take few days to start effect, expecting an instant response is wrong idea. From your history it is unclear how long you have taken these medications. Please continue for 5 days at least and then review consultation.
