  4. Tonsillitis. If this was a bad idea?

So I have been feeling slightly nauseous for the last 3 days and this morning I discovered large lymph nodes on my neck. An hour ago I realised I may have tonsillitis after seeing white stuff on my tonsils. Anyway, I actually used a clean cotton bud and wiped the white stuff away, I just wanted to know if this was a bad idea?

Just rinse and gargle with salt in lukewarm water. Not wise to probe your tonsils. Please visit an ent specialist if problem persists
