My don is 25days old he is a preterm baby..he is always gassy and i think he has GERD.foes taking tonoferon syrup worsens gas issue as it contain iron..bcz ever since am giving him this syrup the gas problem has worsened

Looks like colic issue due to inadequate burping It is very common under 6 months of age bcz of gas in stomach feed properly Feed ur baby with proper position. Burp properly after each and every feed for at least 10 min or till baby take 4 burp. If still issue persist then Give colic aid drops 3 drops (if needed). Maximum 3 times per day. Visit ur nearest pediatrician once for detailed examination
