Many painful large white sores around the tip and sides of my tongue. Had them for 3-4 days. Just as painful now as day one

Is there any symptoms of gastric upset??? Take vitamin B12 once daily. Drink lots of water and have dygiene syrup 2 spoons twice daily. It will help
