Tongue pain
Three days ago I started with a swollen taste bud, which grew to two sores on my the tip of my tongue and 6+ swollen taste buds. My entire tongue is sore and my mouth feels like it is full of dust or pepper. The pain has started to grow down to the lower parts of my tongue in my neck.
