Tongue itching

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I am having itching feeling on the front top of the tongue. This is the first time i felt. After having my lunch my stomach feels something weird eaten rice and chicken curry. After eating that i am having gas trouble continuing with some increasing in farting and slight nose itching also. But a light itching on tongue. Is it an allergy symptom or vitamin deficency

Looks like allergic reaction. If the tongue gets swollen go to hospital immediately. But if you have any burning sensation or ulcer in your tongue it can be vitamin deficiency.
