Thats an aphthous ulcer. It is a matker of stress.
Get back to me via a video consultation or alternately come down to my clinic/diagnostic center Y S Desai Specialty Healthcare at Basaveshwaranagar.
You will need a proper clinical assessment to discover the underlying cause of the stress. That needs to be treated to prevent further recurrence.
