Tofisopam: PDE inhibitors & anxiety
Hello mam/sir. currently i am on bupropion and tofisopam ,for my anxiety. i would like to know how does tofisopam work on anxiety. while some famous anti anxiety meds work on, serotonin ,nor adrenaline, sometime dopamine too,so my question is how does PDE is associated with anxiety (and its manifestations) please take some time from your busy schedule and answer it. PS: Phospho di esterase V/s anxiety

Hello. I understand that you want to know the tiniest of details of your treatment but by digging into such little details may further increase the anxiety. If you do have any questions, just directly ask your doctor. They will guide you in the best way. Another important thing, for the medication to work in a better way, try taking therapy as well. What's the use of knowing technical stuff...in my opinion it's better leave drug and their dosage to the clinician, and u tell ur key issues...otherwise ur anxiety may increase further..all the best
