Hi, Tofacitinib should not be taken if u have recurrent pulmonary infections.
Tofacitinib can cause infections , sometimes serious life threatening once infections.
Bleeding is not usual but can cause due to low platelet count.
You should visit one Rheumatologist for evaluation and management. Hope this will help you.
