How should I clean my toddler's ear wax??He is 2 years old. Is it required to clean his ears or not?

There is no need to clean ear wax even the wax is proactive for baby's ear. If you will try to remove it 1st the ear canal  or ear drum may be traumatized and get infected so don't try your self. If u feel any problem then consult with ENT specialist.
