Toddler cries while going out
My son is 17m old. He cries continuously whenever I take him out, be it a shop or mall or temple or a visit to doctor. He cries and even refuses to get out of my arms. This behaviour of him makes myself and my husband worry alot. Even we are scared to take him out nowdays dyre to his crankiness. Please help us in overcoming this. What can be done for this?

Hi... May be he is suffering from excessive stranger anxiety... Graded exposure to others eg play school, neighbors house  etc would help him socialize.. Pls see a nearby Pediatric Clinical Psychologist for further advice....
