Toddler creatinine with one kidney
Daughter had dignosed with bilateral wilms in July 2017.surgery done to remove bad left kidney .right kidney was saved.chemo treatment was done for 6 months.after February 2018 treatment is stopped and monitoring is going on.creatinine was 0.42 earlier .after stopping enalapril bp medicine now it has been changed to 0.48 in a six months. I would like to know if it's normal or we should check with paediatric kidney specialist.

That's too small change to say significant,,that much minor changes can occur even with dietary changes
